Lennie Lejasisaks is Toronto-based arbitrator and mediator specializing in labour and employment matters in Ontario and the federal sector, including grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, interest arbitration, wrongful dismissal, health and safety and human rights complaints.Prior to becoming a neutral, he was a partner at a leading Canadian law firm (Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP) practicing exclusively in labour and employment law. Lennie was appointed as a Vice-Chair at the Ontario Labour Relations Board in February 2026. He is a graduate of University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, and holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources (MIRHR) from the University of Toronto where he was awarded the Frank Reid Prize as the top graduating student from the Master's program, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University.Lennie is a member of the Ontario Labour-Management Arbitrators’ Association (OLMAA). While in practice, Lennie was ranked in Chambers Canada Guide 'Up and Coming: Employment & Labour'.

In practice, Lennie acted as counsel on hundreds of labour, employment and human rights disputes across the private and public sectors, for both provincially and federally-employers. He regularly appeared before rights and interest arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.While in practice, Lennie was a partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP and previously in-house counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer at an Ontario hospital.Lennie prides himself on working with parties to reach solutions and providing timely resolutions.
